At JMX Autosports, we’re committed to delivering your automotive parts quickly and hassle-free. Below are the details of our current shipping and return policies to ensure transparency and set expectations.

Shipping Policy

Shipping is offered on all orders will be calculated at checkout based on our discounted carrier rates.

  • Handling Time:
    Most orders ship within 3 business days, provided no custom assembly or prep is required.
    Note: Products like Voltaire Compressors and some coils may require up to 5 business days for handling due to assembly or mo0difications.

  • Shipping Methods:
    We ship via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, depending on your location and the size of the package.

Returns & Exchanges

We aim to get every order right the first time, but we understand that issues occasionally arise. While our official policy is “No Returns” to help manage requests more efficiently, we handle all return and exchange requests on a case-by-case basis.

General Return Guidelines:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, in original packaging.

Wrong Item Ordered?

If you ordered the wrong part, we’re happy to help. You will be responsible for:

  • Shipping the original item back to us

  • Covering shipping charges for the replacement item

Exchanges

We’ll review exchange requests based on product availability and the reason for the request. Reach out through our contact page or order portal to begin the process.

Restocking Fee – 15%

A 15% restocking fee will apply to most approved returns, especially when:

  • The item was correctly shipped and not defective.

  • The return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong part ordered).

  • The packaging is opened, damaged, or incomplete.

No Returns Will Be Accepted:

  • After 30 days from delivery

  • If the item has been installed or used

  • Without prior approval
