Lowered Drop 3" Coil springs GM99-06 CHEVY Front
You must advise us if you already have drop or lifted coil springs. If you already have drop coils, the measurement for replacement must be based off of them.
IMPORTANT READ BEFORE INSTALLING NEW SPRINGS
Front Coil Springs are on a FULCRUM It means a 1.5” longer Or Shorter Coil will Raise or Lower 3” (not 1.5”) *A 2 to 1 Ratio Springs on a Straight Axle are a 1 to 1 Ratio
If you did not buy the truck new, there is always the possibility that The truck has already been lowered or lifted. There is only one way To be absolutely sure, and that is to remove your coil on one side and Measure the Free Length and give us the Free Length when you order
NOTE:::When you DROP or LIFT, you need to change the shocks because they will be too short, or too long!!
Sometimes we make a MISTAKE !! If we do, we are all over itTo correct the problem. Please give us a chance to take care of You if a mistake is made….. Derek.jmxautosports@Gmail.com
These springs are designed to replace your original Coil Springs Before Installing, measure the Free Length of your original coils To confirm original Length. Coils are not always flat at the bottom. They are trimmed at the factory and at times we trim them To make minor adjustments to your specs. If they are not flat, they will still compress properly when installed. NOTE: When a coil is trimmed, the spring rate remains the same.

Original Length should be: _________ + or minus ½”
WHY MEASURE? Because some vehicles have suspension packages From the factory that vary of the published Length. The best example is Toyota Tacoma. Tacoma’s have more than 3 different configurations And unfortunately, there is no way to be sure until removing original coils. The same is true on Dodge 2500 and 3500 trucks
